Risotto

Not my favorite. The risotto was good overall, but it didn’t have anything that special. The kale was really good, but I personally didn’t love the cinnamon on the sweet potatoes.

So creamy, cheesy, and delicious! Vegan parm was also on point and the mushrooms had an amazing smokey flavour. My only complaint is that the green beans were like raw but everything else was on point 👌
