I don't know that I have gotten to eat arancini since I went vegan, so
when I saw it on the menu, I had to get it! And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! It was cheesy and rich, just what you want in an Arancini. Crispy on the outside, creamy in the middle. Served with a garlic aioli and vodka sauce and both sauces were incredible. I liked a bit of both for the perfect bite. Served with 4 pieces, but two was plenty, they are so rich I don't know that I could eat the entire thing myself. Definitely a great dish to share.
