Celeriac Schnitzel with Walnut Salsa

Reeeeeally good - by far the nicest thing we tried that night! Gorgeous flavour combination - very earthy and savoury - and a really satisfying texture. It also felt like one of the more unique dishes on the menu that evening #day79 #veganisnotscary #1reviewaday

Finally made it out to Sylvan! While I thought some of the other vegan dishes could have been a bit more creative this celeriac schnitzel was a standout for me. Would definitely order this again if I went back!
