Whereas the original Be-Pho (available only at the Tai Seng branch) comes with a clear herbed broth, this BamNut version (available at both the Tai Seng and Clarke Quay branches) is infused with #sglocal @whatiffoods #whatiffoods #bamnut milk, making the soup richer and creamier! Served with soy-mushroom mock meat chunks, shredded king oyster mushrooms, cut chilli, plus purple cabbage fried to resemble crispy shallots for the allium-free crowd. A tad salty to me, but interesting regardless; something different from conventional pho. Btw bambara groundnuts are regenerative crops that help to improve soil fertility! 🍜 oh, this is so good. The broth is made of Bamnut Milk from WhatIF Foods . It is thick kind of soup and taste comforting! I would so order this when I am there next time. Highly recommended if you craving for hot soupy stuff likea me always. Generous portion too!


Love the taste very much, consists of 10 types of herbs. Like the Basil leaves n lime 😀10/10


Artfully constructed dish that pairs beautifully with the fresh basil herbs. Very refreshing for dinner, and uplifted by the richness of Bamnut milk. Comes with a side of freshly cut chillis because the broth itself is flavourful but not spicy.


Man this dish is so amazing. This is actually better than the famous kind bowl in orchard. Go take it and enjoy 😉
