Bulgogi Vegetarian (Tofu)

This sandwich was ridiculously flavourful! They give a generous portion of the tofu, I had to eat a bunch of it before I could assemble the sandwich lol.
They are very accommodating to vegans and our server was excellent about ensuring that the coleslaw was made with vegan mayo.
A little on the pricey side but it was a great treat.

This was a MEGA hit with both my hubby and I. It's greasy and really salty (so I wouldn't have it too often) BUT it's amazing!! 🤤🤤 The fried tofu is just so friggin' good. I won't even need a menu when I return to this restaurant. This is it.
