Lor Mee

Happy National Day! 🇸🇬 Tried this #vegan version of Lor Mee and it was YUM! The gravy was thick and there were lotsa different veggies/tofu/mock meat ingredients/toppings. Clarified with the auntie whether any animal-based ingredients were used and she confirmed that the dish is completely #plantbased 😌🍜 #serangoonfolks

The sauce and noodles went very well with the chilli bits and vinegar the stall added in (after asking me). Good sized helpings of tofu and mock meat, ngoh hiang and fish cake provided a hearty meal.
