Vegan Omega-3 Supplement

only started including vegan omega-3 in my supplement stack after reading miley cyrus’ spiel about backpedaling on being vegan due to lack of omega-3s making her grey matter goopy. i wondered what this bih was going on about and googled to read more about it before finding this on iherb. so far no major life-changing difference but i seem to function better on days when i remember to take my omega-3. 🤔 there’s no fishy aftertaste too which i like. thanks miley cyrus, your ignorance educated me 😘 #veganuary

475g EPA+DHA for every two capsules. Pretty value for money from #iherb from comparing different supplements and the amount of omega 3 in them. Algae supplements are the best as they are EPA-DHA which is the form of omega 3 best absorbed by the body. I guess I prefer pure oil without capsules, but those tend to be significantly more expensive. I go for the most value for money over all.

This would be 5 stars if it was cheaper. I’m sure, with time, algal supplements will finally be cheaper than the usual mainstream fish oil ones. They’ve finally managed to fish out 😏 the middle man (the oily fish) and used the origin of the nutrient (the omega 3 producing algae) to produce it. I’m sure it’s processed less as a result. It’s easily one of the cheapest algal omega 3 supplements on the market right now. The pils are smaller but worth it anyways. #veganuary #savethefishes 🐠🐟🦈

I take a daily B12, D3, and Omega-3. I love that these capsules are so much smaller than the giant fish oil pills my husband takes. I haven't noticed a difference, but I've been taking them since going vegan and switching away from fish oil. I get them in a Amazon subscription, so I never have to worry about remembering to buy them.
