My only qualm with this brown rice is that it is a little soft… Which makes me suspicious that it is less nutritious/fibrous then rice I cook myself. Aside from that, I actually like the soft but not smooshy quality, the family packs combine well with other things for a quick meal or side and they are cheap… Ready in 2 1/2 minutes! I have pictured mine combined with Aldi Imperial red and white quinoa- which I ate for lunch yesterday with some passata and homemade Parmesan- was exceptionally satisfying…no snacking for the rest of the day.
