I was pleasantly surprised with this bag of frozen broccoli! If you ever need frozen broccoli, get the florets rather than "cut broccoli" because the cut broccoli has a bunch of woody stem pieces that are gross! This bag has only florets. They heat up quickly and are perfect for a quick side dish or they can be mixed in to a pasta salad, pot pie, stir fry, or even a vegan quiche! I would not use frozen broccoli for a broccoli salad because the texture is a bit too soft for that.
Also, broccoli is SUPER healthy and has cancer fighting properties! This bag makes eating broccoli easy and you should eat it often! I am going to go stock up.
