Just add 200mL of hot water to this packet and you get yourself a nice, hearty soup. It is perfectly tangy and well-spiced. It has 95kcal, 6.4g protein, and 3.4g dietary fiber. #lazyvegan

I’m a fan of tomatoes and especially tomato soup. 🍅🥫 I’ve got to say this tasted a little more like minestrone soup than tomato to me, but that wasn’t too bad for me, just an unexpected taste. You can clearly see the added herbs and condiments such as basil, oregano and flaxseeds, which you can taste as well. There is an evident starchy/grainy texture that I presume comes from the bamnut? Well, perhaps I would have a very different experience had I mixed it in a blender as the text on the packet recommends, but I just did the straightforward method of add water. Overall, I felt it was a bold innovative product that resulted in a unique and original taste, though it may not be the best tomato soup I’ve had.
