I have become a cereal person now. Exploring all the options available. This one is made of organic wheat. Low in calories and fat. Great source of fibre to get your bowels moving and bring cholesterol down. £4.3 for a pack 24 is a bit too much I think. I dream of the day when every food item available is organic. I may settle for this once I have tried all the healthy cereals available.
