Vegan gyros

Proteína de soja imitando gyros, típica comida grega. Nunca comi a "original", então não sei comparar, mas é saborosa a opção. Só não é muito meu gosto. Comprada em supermercado na Holanda.

Favourite gyros brand. Very tasty and super easy to prepare! 

Get some pita, heat this gyros in a pan, get some vegan non-sweet yogurt add some tzatziki spice mix, sauté some onion, if you’re feeling spoiled, get some fries too, wrap all the ingredients around the pita and enjoy your delicious lunch! I give this to my non-vegan friends as well - they cannot tell the difference (of course I let them know it’s vegan to make sure that they are aware of how easy and tasty being vegan can be and how it doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste!)

Love this vegan pita with gyros. Some vegan mayo mixed up with sriratcha and raw veggies with it, just delightful! 😍

Added iron and b12. Rich on proteïne. Good with pasta.
