Vegan Blue (Cheese)

Just like blue cheese - this is pretty good.  It is oil based so it is a little oily but not too bad it’s a nice black size for the price. You can crumble it so it is just like a crumbly blue cheese or you could go a little bit smaller with it if crumbly blue cheese, isn’t your thing.  It melts fairly well, but it takes some getting used to.  it’s awesome on salads or as a topping for certain things. It’s quite dense so little bit goes a long way and for the size of the package you get the price isn’t too bad.

The blue cheese reviewed by my friend as I'm not very experimental when it comes to eating mold sadly.

We can't fault any of the cheese it's amazing what they have created the taste the texture is just as cheese but better and certainly they are a must to try and have in the fridge as they have a long shelf life which is a benefit.

They've very cleverly used
spirulina to create the blue veins found throughout the cheese.

Sure does look impress when taking a close up photo.

Cheese sauce recipe
Heat plantbased milk of choice soya
Add seasoning and #mustard
Mix 2 tlb plain flour with milk to make a paste then add to the heated milk And stir no lumps of course.
Now Add the grated cheese stir till melted serve on Jacket potato pasta
What ever you like
