Silken Tofu

Again, scooped this during vegan week at LIDL, great value for money

Deixei o tofu marinando no molho shoyu por 30 minutos e preparei na panela de

wok com legumes frescos. Excelente substituto da carne!

Prima volta che provo il tofu e devo dire che sono rimasta molto sorpresa, molto

molto buono sia crudo che cotto.

Of course plain tofu does not have a great taste if you eat it just

like this, but I really enjoyed this silken tofu as basis of many dishes, especially pestos, creams, etc. It's very creamy and soft so it works better than with regular tofu

Consistenza ottima e adatta nella preparazione di ricette sia dolci sia salate, dato il suo

gusto estremamente neutro.
