A friend gave me this to try and I was left speechless!! It’s amazing! It
reminds me so much of the sandwiches I used to eat in my childhood, but even better, because is vegan!!

I use it with sandwich tomato lettuce and have aftertaste like Italian mortadella

I think this would be your #mortadella . I ate a couple of slices as
they are. It wasn’t bad but not particularly tasty either. I think it’s worth it to try it along with vegan mozzarella and fried aubergines for example if a “panino”

Saw this at Monoprix for the first time! It's quite nice, based on pea proteins.
I would have preferred it without those red marks that remember me of blood, though 🤢
