I love how bananas add sweetness to brownies, or added #deliciousness to a spicy potato curry.

My go to snack: bananas cut up with a heaped tablespoon of macadamia butter (or any other nut butter), sprinkled with goji berries and a mix of Omega seeds. Yum 😋

Banana water (peels soaked in water for a few days) are so good for the garden. All my #Bokashi bins have banana peels in.

bananas to end the year off anyway 🍌 when I buy fruit and veg, I prefer buying them loose (if they are sold loose) to avoid the unnecessary plastic - but I do still buy these bananas on occasion at FLM. And I enjoy them. I eat them as is or I’ll have it with peanut butter or add it to my porridge. I also freeze them and add them to protein shakes.
