Made Vegan Tacos using the TVP, and it tasted great! Just followed the recipe on the package except added Jalapeño Stewed tomatoes. The kids couldn't tell that it was Vegan. Will be trying many different recipes with this product!

This is really good in chili, tacos or addition to a plant meat to get more out of dinner. You can rehydrate with marinade or water. It’s affordable on amazon and a good protein
