I’ve been using these for nearly a year. During bouts of intense training these bad boys are brilliant.
I don’t like pharma for inflammation and these are just the ticket if you want to keep it away.
These are obviously not pain killers but completely amazing anti-inflammatory supplements.
I really can’t recommend these to people with inflammation enough. I feel that these are my secret weapon to train harder and recover better.
They are instrumental in the healing of injuries. I will continue to buy these for as long as I can find them. I have to powder form too, but these are incredibly convenient. I take between three and six a day.
Well worth the hefty price tag as it makes my days and nights much better.
