Steamed & Peeled Baby Beets

These beautiful beets are in the refrigerated section. They are whole beets, peeled and ready to eat. We like to eat big salads in our house and these make a nice ingredient from time to time for variety. They are excellent!!

Pretty nice, id rather buy whole beets to be honest 

I’m amazed adding this that a) there are so many other beet products at Trader Joe’s and b) that this one hasn’t been reviewed yet. As someone who dislikes my cutting boards, countertops, and hands all getting covered in beet juice, this is a really convenient alternative to prepping and cooking them myself. They’re always sweet and plump yet firm enough to easily cut.

It’s convenient but pricey for beets. Small serving but they are good. Perfectly steamed and peeled and ready to eat.
