Made some strawberry chocolate cookies for Valentine’s Day. I crushed/chopped up the strawberries into

smaller pieces and mixed in with the chocolate chips. I didn’t use a recipe and kind of winged it so I may change up some ratios if I make these again in the future but they still came out pretty tasty.

Freeze dried fruits are nice for baking projects as they can infuse the concentrated flavor without the added moisture. These freeze dried strawberries tasted great and are reasonably priced.

The strawberries are super useful because they taste amazing if dipped in vegetable milk, yogurt,

ice cream and so on. I use them in any sort of granola as well and the leftover crumbs in the bag give a nice taste and appearance on top of frozen desserts.

These freeze dried strawberries 🍓 are awesome slightly tart unsweetened and un sulfured. I

love these in yogurt or just on their own as a little snack . Will definitely purchase again . I love Trader Joe’s .
