Balsamic Vinegar Of Modena

Excuse the messy plating, this was an action shot taken right before beets were added (and I immediately started eating.) When it doubt of what dressing to put on my salad, balsamic is often the way to go. I’ve had this jar a long time and it’s stayed tasty!

This is a really nice pantry staple. Must use in cooking, you will be impressed. It also comes in this super classy glass jar.

This is good balsamic but not the best I’ve had. It was a bit on the bitter and vinegary side, while I prefer my balsamic to be a little sweet. It did mix well with olive oil as a salad dressing though!
