Saved 57%This is really intense dark chocolate. I love dark chocolate but this might be a bit too dark for me. I guess I prefer around the 75% mark. I'm sure it could be really great in recipes or paired with something to balance the bitterness. A part of me enjoys it, but it's hard to count it as dessert.

First time trying their #chocolate! I’ve been seeing their bars popping up on @abillion10 now and then and couldn’t wait to have mine open🍫 (I can’t start a new one until I’ve finished what’s already open, which doesn’t usually apply to other snacks🙄)
It’s very smooth with just about the right sweetness, but much less intense than what I’d expected from an 85% bar. Not sure if it’s due to the roasting or too much cocoa butter (I suspect the latter based on how silky it is🤔). Suffice to say it didn’t quite hit the spot for me. It’ll probly be a nice add-on in hot cocoa or even coffee though☕️
Appreciate the company’s transparency on the package and their website. The cocoa was from Congo🇨🇩 and sugar Brazil🇧🇷, both #fairtrade. You can also visit their factory/flagship store in Seattle :)

I have to say for an 85% dark chocolate bar this is pretty good. It isn’t too bitter like you might expect. I still prefer something closer to 70% because it’s a little sweeter. But if you like a really dark chocolate, this is a good choice. #veganisnotscary #organic #darkchocolate
For 85% it was not very bitter. But it had an odd aftertaste so I did not find it very enjoyable. Would not repurchase. Fair trade. Bought at Sprouts.
