Peanut Satay Sauce

Love a good peanut satay sauce!! Nutty and savory, Absolutely delicious!

I usually make my peanut dressing for stir fry dishes but when I can’t, this

one fits the bill! Love it!

I’m surprised that this is vegan by default! It’s a pretty decent satay sauce, but

super thick. In hindsight, I feel like I could probably prepare a similar (if not better) satay sauce myself, but this does the job if you’re lazy.

I always make my own peanut sauce but I decided to pick this up to

speed up a lazy dinner. I marinated some tofu  with this satay sauce and pan fryed it. The flavour was a bit bland for my liking, but I made more flavourful dipping sauce which I drizzled on top that made up for it. It wasn't bad, but would need to be enhanced or you could definitely make something like this better yourself. Good in terms of convenience.
