Oh man, I love pastry 🤤
I use this to make myself an amazing puff plait with vegan burgers, Quorn vegan ham slices, Applewood vegan cheese, ketchup, mustard, sliced tomatoes, fried onions & some leafy greens in there too. Honestly it's so good, I may have to make one for dinner now after writing about it here 🤣
Super cheap to buy, around £1 I believe. This one is marked suitable for vegans on the back.

This is my go to #readymade #pastry - I used it to make tartlets for a party! The pastry is easy to use, and a good texture and depth. It’s so useful when you don’t have enough time to make proper #veganpastry (which usually goes wrong anyway in my experience!)

I like this puff pastry to make an alternative dinner sometimes, I fill it with courgettes and non dairy cheese that gives a touch of creamy sensation when you bite it, it delicious 😋
