Spicy, succulent rainbow of veg and the rice has that perfect bite with chunky cauliflower.
I really enjoyed this dish.

vinegar; parsley; garlic; lemon juice; chilli; paprika; cumin; oregano; cayenne; cardamom; ginger; black & white pepper; onion; leek; bay leaf.
Oil & sugar are listed immediately after the vegetable ingredients so are plentiful here: 10.3g & 13.8g in this 344g (when heated) pack, & salt is ~1.4g total. I.e. ~15%, 14%, & ~20% respectively of the 'Reference intake of an average adult'.
These all seem quite high for basically a side dish (& explain why it's tasty: loads of oil, sugar & salt are easy ways to add taste!).
Also, why do we still have white rice, especially for a RRP of £2.50?
Personally this isn't worth £2.50 to me; even at the reduced price of £1.25 I thought twice before buying it, but got sucked into a convenient 'bargain'. And it IS convenient, & zingy tasty, but definitely NOT a very healthy option.
