Plant Chef Margherita Pizza

A nice supermarket pizza for less than £3, ready in 11 mins, and the base is decent (I’ve had some really disappointing and overly crunchy pizza doughs in the past). We admittedly put extra cheese, artichokes and chilli flakes on ours, but these were a nice starting point for an easy dinner ☺️ #veganisnotscary #day1 #1reviewaday

I don’t know if it’s because I had low expectations but I quite enjoyed this plant based #pizza from Tesco. The cheese was a little bit coconutty in flavour but not overwhelmingly so. I added a bit of chilli and basil myself to give it a bit of extra pizazz

£3 at time of writing - the crust is extremely crunchy, which is a bit weird for a pizza. The sugo isn’t very tasty and the coconut based cheese is noticeably coconutty. Not great, but at least it isn’t frozen
