A tasty snack that goes well with most meals or just on its own ;). Oats are one of the least harmful wholegrains to the environment as they require a very little amount of water when grown... good for blood sugar level control, rich in antioxidants, and very nutritious. yummmehhh🤪
calories dense! I want to bring this up the mountains!! I’m in a dilemma. Will you buy an ethical synthetic down jacket for $500 that you are 60% sure will keep u warm or wear a down jacket that is provided by your club for free that will 100% keep u warm in the mountains? Context: I’m a student on tuition loan but feel v strongly against animals exploitation & will try whatever means I can to be ethical. There are no places where I can rent synthetic down that suffices. Please let me know what you think you would do.
