Coconut Milk

Very thick white delicious cream on top. Don't shake the can much. You can use it as milk or cream. No need to steal baby cows milk 😉

This is a good coconut milk for baking. I’ve found putting it in the fridge to let it chill helps separate the cream from the juice.

Great value and quality, this coconut milk is very creamy and gives a nice, silky texture to curry dishes. Recommended, as quality resembles the one of more expensive brands.

Always have a few cans in my cupboard and also one in my fridge, in case I want to whip up some coconut creM for a dessert.
