This product is made in the U.K. It is suitable for vegans. It is in powder form. I need to mix it with soymilk and cook it for few minutes to make into thick sauce. It is a convenient way to prepare the sauce for western dish. Usually I use Free & Easy’s cheese sauce (it’s been 5 years!), but it finished and for some reason H&B don’t sell it anymore 😦 so I got this one from Tesco the other day. Not the first time that I try it. I still prefer Free & Easy as it has a more delicate cheesy flavour. Also this one is... “shinier”? 🤣 it might be corn starch I don’t know lol but it looks translucent and it’s just weird. Its smell of cheese is very strong and reminds me of cheese puffs 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall, a good enough product, it does taste like cheese and it’a good for making mac n cheese or baked cauliflower. It’s also cheap as each sachet comes for around 50p. Personally I prefer Free & Easy’s tub cause you can use it more than once while this is a one-time thing.

I’ll buy it again if in need anyway!

Tastes like cheese sauce (the starchy, gooey kind) to me & has a pale yellow colour when mixed with water/mylk! Has 2 servings in a pack. Quite affordable compared to most other cheese alternatives! #cheese
