Sto sperimentando col tempeh e anche questo era buonissimo, cucinato al vino rosso 😋 

Richtig gutes Tempeh. Ob roh oder gebraten einfach köstlich.
Es gibt noch ganz viele unterschiedliche Sorten. 

I bought and prepared tempeh for the first time. It tastes slightly sweet when raw and pleasantly nutty when fried. It is nice and crispy on the outside, yet soft and not dry on the inside. I'm thrilled 😀

Delicious organic tempeh (fermented whole soybeans), great texture and very versatile as this plain version isn't seasoned, so it can be marinated or breaded or however else you like to prepare it. Price 3,79 €.

Still haven't quite figured out how to prepare Tempeh so that I like it... Therefore I'm not a fan (yet). Maybe I just need one more try...
