This kit contains all the veggies I love. Cooks very quickly and is an easy and fast meal. Adding Seitan or any other plant-based protein makes it very versatile. I keep both on hand for when we are hungry and just want a quick and healthy meal. I eaten it right out of the bag. It works either way.
