After having my baby I had terrible joints pain and had to find a solution. I searched for different collagen boosters and this one showed up the most so I gave it a try. It has a terribly sweet taste, but st least it doesn't taste bad. I feel like it helped me a bit, but it's not like some magical supplement that made everything go away.
