Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds (Sea Salt)

The original is probably my favorite. Love the salty crunch. #uplandspeak 

I love these! Such a great savory snack. I put in my husband's lunch every day!

Very tasty pumpkin seeds containing iron, protein, and zinc. It goes well as a topping for oatmeal (in the third picture I have it with flaxseed and banana over oatmeal). The salty flavor is not too strong. They’re good when you want something quick to snack on.

I haven’t had pumpkin seeds in awhile, but this product caught my eye and I decided to try it. The sea salt compliments the seeds perfectly.

A bit too salty, but a GREAT way to get yo protein
