Vermicelli

This is my favourite brand of vermicelli to make a pudding. Super easy. Just fry with vegan butter, cinnamon stick and cardamom powder. Then add milk and sugar and cook till vermicelli is soft and enjoy💚

Well the box speaks for itself. Only noticed today that it gaurantees to animal tissue. We used this to make a dessert with condensed milk, sugar, almonds and cardamom. It's delicious.

I am not sure if this is a typical use of vermicelli outside of the Indian community, but we use this to make a dessert. We basically just cook this in soy milk with some spices and sugar and serve it hot. This brand of vermicelli comes out perfect for that purpose. #veganisnotscary
