These are so good alone or with the sauce that comes inside the package. They bake perfectly and crisp up nicely. #springrolls

I think I got this package of spring rolls from Grocery Outlet not too long ago. It was an unplanned purchase as you never know what you’re going to find there.
These spring rolls were very delicious with the plum sauce included in the package. They browned nicely and were crispy. They would have been more crispy had I left them in the oven longer, but I’m a little impatient when it comes to cooking. Although delicious, I was hoping they’d have a bit of a kick to them, but unfortunately didn’t.
Like most foods, I wish there was less sodium, but you get a decent amount of fibre, protein, potassium and iron.
I’d get them again.
These were so crispy when cooked and it tasted like legit spring rolls!! I was super happy with this product. Yumm!! #veganin2020
I think these are the best spring rolls I have had outside of a restaurant. The package does not say vegan but they are all veg. I checked the website and they say they can’t 100% guarantee they are vegan due to some outside suppliers but obviously the attempt is there to be transparent. They can be frozen and crisp up really nicely in my toaster oven. The plum sauce is really good and there is definitely enough in the packet for all 6 rolls. I have seen these in larger packs at Costco but I don’t have a membership so usually buy them at my grocery store in packs of 6. I have even stopped ordering spring rolls with my Thai takeout and just pop these in the oven to be ready when the takeout gets home. They are that good!
