Creme de leite de soja

Creme de leite a base de soja… ótimo para preparar chantilly e também molhos salgados. 

This is the soy milk cream that I use when making cakes.
It is sold at many stores in Japan. Very nice.
It would be nice if the sugar could be changed to beet sugar.

私がケーキを作るときに使っている豆乳クリームです。やや固まりにくいですが慣れれば大丈夫です。
もたれにくく、軽くていくらでも食べられます。
日本の普通のお店で売っているところが素晴らしいです。日本のイオンやベイシアで購入しています。
砂糖を他の糖に変えてもらえたら尚良いと思います。
