Baked Beans

Spar make a good quality , reasonably priced baked beans .. it’s a quick and easy lunch 🥗 or snack ! I usually add a dash of Tabasco , rosemary and nutritional yeast and a blob of tahini to make it creamy !!

This was a great special, 4 cans for R40. Great to keep for lazy days

Lacked that strong tomato sauce taste and you can taste the added sugar as they are quite sweet. Easy open can which is nice.
💰2 for R20 at Spar, bargain.
