Sadly, this isn't organic, but price-wise, it has been the best value of cashews I've found on Amazon the last two times I searched. Other then it not being organic, they seem to be good quality and clean. The bag it comes in has a nice seal. Great for making non-dairy cheeses. Two of these photos are a couple of cheeses I've made with it...blue cheese and the pumpkin-shaped one, no unique name, just cashew-based cheeseball. The last photo is a pear-walnut salad with the crumbled blue cheese. #aloha
