I love the firmness of baked tofu. The bbq sauce could’ve been a stronger flavor. So I sliced it up and sautéed it with onions, peppers and zucchini with more bbq sauce and made wrap sandwiches, with lettuce, tomato and a cashew cream tzatziki.

sometimes #bakedtofu doesn't really have the flavor listed on the package but this has a nice subtle #bbq flavor. when i eat #tofu , i like it really firm so i waffleized this. it was great with fresh steamed asparagus and corn.
