Vegetarian Pate With Mushrooms

So I don’t recall eating pate before going vegan, but sure as heck have tried a few vegan versions, and this happens to be one of my favourite vegan pates I’ve tried. It’s smooth in texture and even my non vegan fam is obsessed.
