Instant Ramen

Guys… this ramen is so good 😭 it’s slightly pricey at maybe $2+ a serving but you get really quality noodles and the broth has insane umami bomb! Only issue is that it’s a tad bit too salty and left me thirsty for the whole night. I topped it off with some peanut butter baked tempeh and this was the most satisfying weekday dinner ever. 🍜

Brodo saporitissimo, lo ricomprerò! Anzi se vendessero anche solo il preparato del brodo lo terrei sempre in dispensa per le evenienze, a me non viene così bene “home made”.

Noodle istantanei trovati in super sconto a Chinatown da Mood matket. Abbastanza buoni, per i momenti di estrema necessità 😅

A very good ramen, cooks in 3 minutes, add water and the sauce that comes with. Really happy it’s vegan and no nasties like MSG
