Not embarrassed to say that we go through at least 3 jars a week. I am very impressed by the Sainsbury’s products I can find here in Singapore. This aubergine dish reminds me of my backpacking days through Greece and Turkey.... long before Ivan was born... #jaan

Absolutely delicious marinated roasted aubergines. They are full of flavour and taste amazing as they are, on bread or even added to a pasta sauce.
