Perfect for a snack! Brilliant flavour, firm and meaty in texture.
Surprisingly, this works very well as a meatball substitute and I would recommend cooking it as part of a Pasta Bolognese. Broken down, this also works as a satisfying minced meat substitute.

Got this as a substitute for my usual brand. Don’t think I’d buy again. I found these very dry! And not especially flavoursome either.
