Filo pastry

This filo pastry worked out great in a spinach, feta and tofu pie. I'll probably get lynched but I much prefer this to puff pastry. Soggy and uncooked pastry almost never happens with filo.

First time I’ve used this pastry, easier to use than I thought. Makes a lighter case than other pastries.
