This of course has salt in it. Otherwise super convenient as compared to boiling corn and then painstakingly getting the kernels off. Never tried frozen corn though.

They’re salted 🤷♀️ but at least ready to eat out the can. I always have a can of it around however for my significant omnivore cause in her past life she was probably a field rat 🐀 #pantryessentials #veganin2021
