Whole Wheat Flour

make tortillas with this whole wheat flour i paid 7 dollar for FLOUR??
so what’s the thing with gluten? why is everyone against it? and is it true? these are the answers i’m looking for #veganisnotscary

I love making home made bread, I find it ridiculous that breads at the grocery store have 30+ ingredients, and they are all gums or preservatives. Which means I’m making a lot of bread from scratch at home. This is my second bag of this flour, and all I can say it is so delicious, and gives the bread an amazing texture. Plus the house smells amazing on bread making days ☺️
I bought them on Amazon for a bulk deal, and would defiantly recommend anyone to buy it as well. I do live remotely so ordering online is sometimes my only option, but you can find this brand in mostly all Canadian Grocery stores.

I really like this flour. I like the price and that it is a whole wheat flour. I really like it in homemade pizza dough.
