Pistachio ice cream with beans 😲? How??? 

Pistachios, bananas, canned chickpeas with liquid included, dates and leafy greens for the green color. :)

I would use cardamom and condensed canned coconut milk too, maybe, if I had that stuff but I used canned chickpeas with liquid included, pistachios, dates, leafy spring mix greens, almond milk, maple syrup and bananas this time. I will see if I can put up a picture. 

Sounds really hard and professional! 🧐

Lol! No it’s easy I just blended it all up in the blender and put it in the freezer to get cold!!! 😁👍

These are very yummy and convenient. The versatility is good as well. I used it in making pistachio vegan ice cream and in spicy hummus, two different dishes lol not miXed together. 😁👍✅🦅
