5 stelle per le tisane pukka, la mia preferita in assoluta è quella allo zenzero, le proprietà digestive sono fantastiche e quel leggero piccante dello zenzero è piacevolezza.

I got this tea to help with nausea and inflammation! I honestly think the ginger helps my nausea a lot! Very turmeric tasting but I like it- if a heavy turmeric taste is not you thing, I would avoid this one but Pukka has some other great teas to try!

Pukka has a great reputation although most of their teas taste the same to me...maybe I'm more into spicy and flavoured teas. Anyways, this is good - very good! And as they say you can leave it for up to 15 minutes in the cup and enjoy a very good tea.
