Idli/ Dosa Batter

I have been using this batter for over 3 years and it’s a staple in my fridge. If you are looking to make South Indian savory pancakes (Dosa) I can’t recommend this enough!

it was alright! i put the batter into silicone molds & microwaved, and it acts as a good 'base' for flavors, kind of like toast.
