recipe so decided to make that instead. I f'd it up, tried again using Minimalist Baker's recipe and BOOYAH .... buns! Oops, rolls.
Butter doesn't taste like butter (cool by me) but worked out well. I'll use it again when coconut oil is too much. What am I talking about - coconut oil is never too much! 😋

for the recipe asking for butter, it was good but the texture was often/always meh and something was off. Like for my " Sucre à la crème", the taste with margarine was 🤤 but it was a little bit too soft . With this butter, my "sucre à la crème" are just perfect this year! I will use it also in pie crust for my vegan " Tourtière de millet" 😍
